Completing the Compassion Practitioner Certificate Course, certified by Mindfulness Association (UK), completing the course in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with elements of Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP) and Mindfulness, completing Course in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Crisis Intervention In Practice for Adults, she decided to improve her therapeutic workshop at the INTRA - School of Psychotherapy, which specializes in integrative approaches, the axis of which is humanist psychotherapy.

In 1998, she began her studies in Psychology at the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the University of Silesia. She chose Health Psychology as her major specialization at the Department of Health and Human Development and Clinical Psychology as her minor specialization. She prepared her Master’s Thesis entitled “Hermeneutic Analysis of Attitudes to Death among People Supporting Terminally Ill Patients” under the supervision of Professor Zofia Ratajczak. She completed her studies on 5 May 2003 earned a Master’s degree in Psychology.

In 2004, she completed her additional studies in Philosophy at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Silesia. She prepared her Master’s Thesis entitled “The Idea of Hospice Care as an Ethical Attitude to Death” at the Department of Ethics, under the supervision of Professor Halina Promieńska, and earned a Master’s degree in Philosophy.

From October 2003 to December 2004 she was doing her post-graduate studies in Applied Pedagogy at the College of Management of the University of Economics and received teaching qualifications.

On 21 December 2010, she earned a Ph.D. in Psychology at the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the University of Silesia. The title of her Ph.D. dissertation was: “Psychological Costs of Coping with a Life Crisis among Women Experiencing Infertility”. Her supervisor was Professor Zofia Ratajczak.

In 2014, she participated in the training "The meeting, which was to be born. Psychotherapy in the treatment of infertility", organized by the Polish Ericksonian Institute, and completed the course "The ability to run an active birth school" organized by the Foundation "Rodzić po Ludzku".

The founder of Stress Reproductive Clinic "HOPE", including the care of persons applying for child during pregnancy and after pregnancy.

Member of the editorial boards of prestigious international journals:
- "Advances in Medical Ethics", international scientific journal medical ethicists and bioethicists,
- "Austin Journal of Invitro Fertilization", international scientific journal devoted to issues related to in vitro fertilization.

Her scientific interests focus mainly in psychology of stress and crisis, psychological and ethical problems in medicine and methodology of qualitative studies. Areas of his research focuses on border moments of life - procreation and death.

In Katowice, he runs his own psychological practice. He regularly runs licensed eight week MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) trainings and meetings for Mindfulness practitioners.
